ISS Equipment LLC (“Frostix”) stands behind the quality of our products. All Frostix ice makers and commercial equipment come with the following warranty:

Product Warranty

• 2-Year Parts Warranty
Frostix ice makers are covered by a two (2) year limited parts warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

• Defective parts (compressor, evaporator, condenser, electronic controls, etc.)
• Replacement parts will be shipped at no charge during the warranty period

What Is Not Covered

• Labor costs for installation, repair, or service
• Shipping costs to or from our facility
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accident
• Normal wear and tear (door gaskets, filters, light bulbs, etc.)
• Units installed in residential applications when the product is clearly marked for commercial use only
• Damage from improper voltage, power surges, or lack of proper maintenance
• Consumable items such as water filters

Warranty Claim Process

• Contact our customer service team at (601) 270-7662 or admin@issbrands.com with your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and model/serial number.
• We will troubleshoot the issue over the phone or email.
• If a replacement part is needed, we will ship it to you (subject to verification of the defect).
• In some cases, we may require photos or video of the issue.

Important Notes

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.
• Continued use of a defective unit after discovery of the issue may void the warranty.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace the unit at our discretion.
